Meet the Owner!

I started Seed Needs at just 15 to bring my family closer, to retire my father, to employ friends, and most importantly, to help people! Seed Needs offers a wide range of both culinary and medicinal herb seeds, as well as all the popular heirloom vegetable favorites.

Seed Needs originally started as a username for an online marketplace. We discovered Amazon in 2010 and soon after, we established a brand, selling our products to millions of happy customers over the past decade. We absolutely love art and not only provide quality seeds, but beautiful packaging as well. You'll be sure to smile when you receive your order!

With the success of Seed Needs, we have been able to grow our sponsorships from just 1 kid to over 100 kids each month. We are very humbled to help those in need! It all started with Reina, the first child I sponsored in 2010. More than a decade later, Seed Needs now sponsors over 100 kids each and every month.

We continually donate to St. Jude Children's Hospital each and every month, and we also choose to donate to ASPCA monthly. It is always an honor to help both humans and animals in need.

Bumblebee Buffet Wildflower Mixture

Our Bumblebee Buffet Mixture was designed for home garden use and is composed of flowers that are attractive to many species of bumblebees. The assortment of flowers in the mix is based upon research done in our trial gardens over the last decade. The mix contains both annuals and perennials and consists of adaptable, native species as well as an attractive assortment of garden flowers.

This Bumblebee Buffet Wildflower Mixture provides a variety of benefits for pollinators and gardeners alike. By planting this mixture, gardeners can provide an abundant food source for beneficial insects like bumblebees, honeybees, and butterflies. The mix is composed of both annuals and perennials that are native to the United States and are ideal for dry climates or areas where water is scarce.

The wildflowers within this mixture will attract all sorts of native pollinators to the garden. It is specifically picked for bumblebees and honeybees to thrive.

All seeds packaged by Seed Needs are intended for the current and the following growing seasons. They are stored in a temperature-controlled facility that is free of significant amounts of moisture. Seed Needs will never knowingly supply GMO-based seed products. The vast majority of our seeds are open-pollinated and heirloom, with the exception of a few hybrids. If sown correctly, you will begin seeing results in only a matter of days. All seeds are packed in tear-resistant and moisture-resistant packaging, keeping them fresh longer than the competition.
