How did you start? Seed Needs originally started as a username for an online marketplace. We discovered Amazon in 2010 and soon after we established a brand, selling our products to millions of happy customers over the past decade.

Our Edible Wildflower Collection contains plants that are both interesting and delicious! Believe it or not, the flowers in this collection can be added to salads and other dishes as a garnish. Some popular favorites include Blue Borage, Calendula, Chives, Wild Bee Balm, Marigold, Pansies, Johnny Jump Ups and Nasturtium.
The packages are 3.25" wide by 4.50" tall and come complete with a beautiful illustration on the front side, as well as detailed sowing information on the reverse. Each packet also includes a QR code that leads to additional information on the corresponding plant variety. Each packet contains a different amount of seeds, with Nasturtium being the lowest seed count of 25, and the majority of the others measuring roughly 200 seeds each.

About Our Packets Front Side: Seed packets by Seed Needs are beautifully illustrated and provide a colorful depiction of the variety inside. We provide the common name, as well as the scientific name, seed quantity and a few specs about the variety to be grown.
Back Side: Each packet contains full growing instructions on the reverse side. Specifications on sowing the seed, growing conditions such as sunlight and moisture preferences and germination and growth information can be found as well. We also provide a QR to scan for easy reordering.

Heirlooms are varieties that have been purposely bred, selected and passed down from generation to generation. They are wholesome picks that will breed true to the parent seed every time. We do not treat any of our seed products with substances such as neonicotinoid or thyram. Always fresh and intended for the current and following growing seasons. Seeds are packaged in water-resistant / tear-resistant packaging.

All of the flowers within this assortment are edible. Most are used to add coloring to boring salads. They can also be used as a garnish as well.
The plants within this assortment are mostly annual, with the exception of Common Chives and Wild Bee Balm, which are perennial flowering plants.
All flower seeds sold by Seed Needs are Non-GMO based seed products and are intended for the current & the following growing season. All seeds are produced from open pollinated plants, stored in a temperature controlled facility and constantly moved out due to popularity.
