Meet The Owner! I started Seed Needs at just 15 to bring my family closer, to retire my father, to employ friends and most importantly to help people! Seed Needs has been providing gardeners with quality seed products since 2010 and has shipped millions of packets to happy customers all over the US. We offer flowers, herbs, vegetables, vines, wildflower blends, seed packet collections and seed packet favors.
We absolutely LOVE art and not only provide quality seeds, but beautiful packaging as well. You'll be sure to smile when you receive your order! Seed packets by Seed Needs are beautifully illustrated and provide a colorful depiction of the variety inside. We provide the common name, as well as the scientific name, seed quantity and a few specs about the variety to be grown. Each packet contains full growing instructions on the reverse side. Specifications on sowing the seed, growing conditions such as sunlight and moisture preferences and germination and growth information can be found as well.
We also provide a QR code to scan for easy reordering. Our seeds are always Non-GMO and untreated, stored in a temperature controlled facility that's free of moisture, and always packaged for the current and the following growing seasons. They are true to the variety advertised, with 99% pure seed and no added fillers. Seed Needs never knowingly purchases treated seeds products, nor do we treat any of our seed products with substances such as neonicotinoid or thyram.
With the success of our brand, we have kept our promise to continually donate to different organizations and personally sponsor children all over the globe each and every month. We grew our sponsorships from just 1 child to over 100 children worldwide in only a few years. We would like to sincerely thank all who support us because it wouldn't be possible without you!
Violet Queen Zinnia is a beautiful choice for use as a cut flower, with bright and colorful blooms up to 6 inches in diameter. The butterflies and bumblebees adore these flowers, and they grow great with many other annual flowers. Violet Queen Zinnias will grow to a mature height of about 30 to 40 inches tall, making them ideal for borders, fences, and flower beds. Deadheading and pruning is recommended to prolong blooms throughout the season.
We continually donate to St. Jude Children's Hospital each & every month, and we also choose to donate to ASPCA monthly as it is always an honor to help both humans and animals in need. Seed Needs will never knowingly supply GMO based seed products, with the vast majority of our seeds being open pollinated & heirloom. If sown correctly, you will begin seeing results in only a matter of days.
